During his studies of business informatics at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz, Mr. Pils gained his first professional experience as a freelancer in the IT sector. In the years that followed, he was responsible for international product and portfolio management as IT Manager at voestalpine group IT. Most recently, Mr. Pils was Head of the Software Business Unit at LiSEC and Managing Director of LiSEC Automation Middle East, where he was responsible for digitalization and sales activities.

The leaving Managing Director, Mr. Wolfgang Frohner, will support Mr. Pils in his remaining time until 3/31/2020 to ensure a smooth handover of all management responsibilities.
