WebOEE, reject and quality trend data are available for all connected machines, regardless of location and at the push of a button. The user pays one euro per machine and day.
TIG 2go provides access to the MES world and is quite consciously on offer as an "out-ofthe- box" product. If customers want more, it is possible to cross-grade to TIG authentig.

TIG big data high-performance analytics framework
The TIG big data platform empowers the enterprise to aggregate and analyze machine data from databases, for example, from MES, ERP, CAQ, and maintenance systems. The data are bundled together and processed on the platform. The TIG big data high-performance analytics framework allows companies to unite their worldwide production sites in a central cockpit. The TIG solution comes with an infrastructure that can be adapted to the volume of data in question, and can be hosted locally or in the TIG Cloud.

These features make it possible to analyze online data in the cloud, or on-premise, with predictive quality algorithms, delivering information on the current process status on the machine and the quality of the products.
